AP Roadmap

Aqua Patina (AP) Development Roadmap

Step 1 - MVP (Closed User Group Including Node Operators) The MVP phase is designed for AVADO users who wish to participate in the AP ReStaking process using their ETH. Due to Swiss regulatory limitations, participation in the MVP is restricted to 20 addresses. Additionally, the total contribution across all addresses cannot exceed 40 validators. This controlled launch allows us to deploy the MVP on the mainnet and acknowledge early participants for their involvement in this initial stage.

Step 2 - Integrating SSV Clusters / Open Access to AP Pool

  • Integrate AVADO users as SSV Node Operators.

  • Select AVADO community members to form 10 SSV clusters. These clusters will be monitored and adjusted as needed to ensure optimal performance.

  • Migrate MVP Validators to SSV Clusters.

  • Open AP Pool for broader participation, allowing anyone to send ETH to the pool.

  • ETH from the AP Pool will be staked with AVADO users, contributing to network security and operation.

Step 3 - Add Actively Validated Services (AVS) / Utilize DeFi Opportunities (Ongoing)

  • Select AVS for inclusion in the ReStaking process.

  • AP will evaluate AVS based on compatibility with existing AVADO hardware and potential rewards, aligning with network goals.

  • Explore and create decentralized finance (DeFi) opportunities for users within the AP ecosystem.

Step 4 - Add Fiat Payment Solutions

  • Introduce fiat payment options, allowing users to participate by paying in fiat currency.

  • Provide direct payment and credit card options.

  • Users will receive a wallet equipped with educational information to support their participation.

Step 5 - Introduce Credit Card for Spending apETH

  • Develop a credit card that allows users to spend their apETH.

  • Expand to include other cryptocurrencies as supported payment options.

Step 6 - Integrate Shopping Marketplace in AP Application

  • Offer goods and services within the AP application.

  • Users can purchase products using apETH, enhancing the utility of their participation within the ecosystem.
